Dave Allen established Ocean Front Solutions in 2001 to provide custom website development and related services to small businesses.
At Ocean Front Solutions, Mr. Allen directed the start up and is responsible for the continued growth of this internet services firm specializing in eCommerce system design and development, custom internet applications, search engine optimization, and website performance analysis to help clients achieve optimal website conversions. He also manages all aspects of internal operations including new business development, sales and marketing, information technology, financial planning and reporting, budgeting, and customer, employee, vendor, and partner relations.
Prior to starting Ocean Front Solutions, Mr. Allen managed technology teams for large financial institutions (HSBC, Union Bank); specifically, technology used for customer interaction such as websites and call centers. While working at these banking organizations, Mr. Allen developed multi-site call center technology infrastructure to support expansion requirements from two to five locations and automated many B2B and B2C processes by leveraging web technologies.
Mr. Allen has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree focused on Technology Management and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Information Systems.
